Charles Hunter
First Generation
I believe Charles Hunter was the son of Jacob Hunter & Anna Unknown.
1. Charles HUNTER was born about 1745 in Rowan Co, NC. He died in 1808 in Rowan Co, NC.
15th of October 1803 Charles Hunter is one of the persons selling land he inherited from Valentine Huff Sr.

Charles married Eve Rosannah HUFF daughter of Valentine HUFF and Mary Margaret KERST. Eve was born in 1752 in NC. She died in 1825 in Rowan Co, NC.

10 F ix. Rosannah HUNTER was born in 1790.
11 F x. Lidia HUNTER was born in 1792.

2. Rachel HUNTER (Charles) was born in 1788. She died in 1820 in Iredell Co, NC.
Rachel married John FURCHES son of Tobias FURCHES and Susannah HORN on 15 Mar 1815 in Rowan Co, NC. John was born in 1795 in NC. He died in 1875 in Iredell Co, NC.
They had the following children:

4. John HUNTER (Charles) was born in 1776. John married (1) Rachael JONES on 8 Dec 1828 in Davie Co, NC. John married (2) Sarah DEATHRAGE.

13. Susan FURCHES (Rachel HUNTER, Charles) was born about 1815 in Iredell Co, NC. She died in Murray Co, Georgia.
Susan married Phillip SWANSON about 1838. Phillip was born about 1819 in NC.
