The Ancestors of Louise St Clair DONALDSON Shortly before my father, Gerard DONALDON was born, his family immigrated from Belfast in Northern Ireland to Accrington, Lancashire, England during the Second World War. My mother, Rosemary Ann GRIMSTONE's family was situated in the Midlands of England, particularly Staffordshire and Warwickshire. Prior to 1862, her ancestors came from the London area. All the red herrings and dead-ends in the research of this tree are what led me to begin a One Name Study focusing on the name GRIMSTONE. If you have connections with anyone on this tree, I would be very interested to hear from you.
