The church met according to order and proceeded to business as follows B Jones chosen moderator Brother Dehart came forward & mad apolegmen for ? M? Conduc? In him that took place at the widow Turners ? ? ? the church unannimusly for give the brother. The refrance came on from last meating respecting Brother Nowland principle the business laid over until nex meating in corse the church then dismis in order.

March the 12 Day
The church met acording to order and proceeded to business the business concirning Br Nowlen laid over til next meting Brother Luis Fauster granted a letter of dismission from this church. The church dismissed in order. J. Dehart

April the 9th
The church met according to order and proceded to business John Nowlen excommunncated from us for vindicating a universel opinion ?? And disobaying the church.. ?? The pastoral charge of the church Brother James Canaday, Br Elijah Dehart, Br Henry Tuggle, chosen to go to the sociaon as delegates from this church. The church dismisst in order. Jas Dehart.

May 14 Day
The church met according to order and proceeded to business. Brother Dehart made a report respecing Sister Sarah Hurd, the church agrees to lay over that buseness until next meating incors, Brother Canadey appointed to examin a member in Pig River Church respecting the charge the sd Sister and make report.

March 12 1803
Church meating held at Nue Hope a quary brought forward--Shall any member be held in fellow ship holding the unifersalian plan? Answer no.

Quary What stepes aught to be taken with a member that leav thare seat & go out when the church is seting to reclaim a backslider & after wards til a member that they could not bare to set_? While the church was reclaiming them - Answer: Such a member shall be reprovd by the church to lodg a complaint against ? for a transgression committed - before the accuser was a member of a church - answered yes Orderd that every male member that do not attend church meating shall make their excuse before he shall take his seat.

July 14 D 1804
Orderd that John Hall buy a bound book for the euse of the church & the church pay for the same.

August 13 Day
The church met according to order & proceeded to buiseness. The church took up the business respecting the charge against B. Short and their appears a posative contrdiction between the parties. B. Short being a member of Pine Creak Church we have appointed B Hubbord & B Tuggel to go to the next meating on Pine Creak & lay the matter before that church....A motion made to appoint members to the next assotiation B Hubbord, B Tugel & B Hall is appointed... A motion made to pospone the Union meating from [September to is crossed out] October to November next Church taken respecting to corrispond with the genral meating it is answered, not to corrispond...A motion mad respecting given B Tugel ritten licens to go out & preach the gospel & it was euannimusly agreed to...& John Hall rite them...A dore opend to receve members by letter or expearanse non com forward then the church dismist in order.

August 19 Day
A call meating by the request of Brother Short to rehears over the buseness that he was chargd with last meating & helps being cald from two sister churches Brother Jones, Br Conner, B Hubbord from Jacks Creak Church. B Foster, B Coon? from Goblin town Church & proceeded to buseness as follows...The two members still continued to attend Pine Creak Church with this buseness then the church dismist in order. September the 10
The church met acording to order and proceded to business the messengers we apointe to go to Pine Creek Church made theare report and Pine Creek Church request for this church to and set with the first Saturday in November...A refarence respecting Sare Hurd taken, Sary Hurd granted a letter of dismission, Maget Macbride a letter of dismission, John Brammer granted a letter of dismission. Adore open for experance Steven Hubbard and Susannah Hubbard receved by letter the church dismiss in order. Jas Dehart

October the 8
The church met a cording to order and after prayer proceded to bisness..Motioned that there be aprayer meeting appointed ?? on agreed on that it be appinted the fryday before our next meeting. The church dismist in order.

November the 12
Church met acording to order and proceded to buisness a dore opened for experance none came forward the church dismisst in order. Jas Dehart

The Church of Christ on the head of Smiths River met together the second Saturday in January 1807 and after ? Solemnity of Prayer proseeded to bissness nothing came forward the church dissmiss by prayer. Charles Thomas Clerk

The church met according & proced to business Ordered that John Hall read over the records drawn of from the Old Records...Ordered that the members pay up at our next meating for the Book bot for the use of the church...Ordered that Brother Thomas & Hall meat at the sd Hall house & draw off more of the old record as shall appear necessery... The church dismist by prare.

The church meat acording to order and proceding buisness the refrence taken up respecing S.Hurd - It still continued until next meating in ca? and B Elijah Dehart is to site the sd sister to the next meating & make report - a moshon made for helps to be appointed to atend Jacks Creak Church next meating in cose, in order to try to settle a contriversey in that church - B. The church met acording to order and procded buisness the referance respectin sister Sarah Hurd taken up and talk on and laid over untill September meetting. B James Cannaday apointed to sight Judah Viare a sister in Pig River Church to come to this church respecting some discorse happened between her and sister Hurd. Brother John Underwood graned a letter of dismission union meetting appointed October the church dismist in order. Jas Dehart

The church met according to order Brother Short chosen moderater, Brother Foster made his recantation respect the charge that som people had against him respecing his brothers fiteing, The church euannimusly forgive B. Foster Nor did not fault him only for speaking one word - motion made by B. Lee, for the coldness in the church that their shall be a day set apart for prare and fasting which is appointed on the last Sunday in August. Orderd that Brother Short and wife have letters of dismission and John Hall rite the letter. A dore then open to receav members by letters or by experance non came forward. The church met according to order & proceded to bisness the refrence concerning Br Nowling laid over untill next meeting the church then dismist in order.

December the 13
The met according to order after prayr and proceded to busniss the referance concerning br Nowlin talkd on and laid over till next meeting Dismist in order. Jas Dehart after pray Brother Peter Ratliff came forward made acknoledg, the referance concirning Br Nowlin laid over ? next meeting motion that Br Tugle was given libbety to exercise his pubblick gifts anywhere round in the assister churchs.
