MAY CEMETERY

CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS

---

Census June 7, 1968

(Document located at Crittenden County Library, Marion, Arkansas - 2001)

Updates by Debbie Lunsford Yates

This is believed to be a family cemetery, with only two markers, but others could possibly be buried here also.

Location:  Going west from Marion, Ark. on Highway 64, just before you get to Crawfordsville, Ark., there is a black top road turning right, before you get to the service station on the right side (north side) of Hwy. 64.  This service station is an “Esso” station, I believe.  Go north on the black top Hwy. About 3 ˝ or 4 miles, the cemetery is on the left side of Hwy., several feet from the Hwy.  It has some “old” trees in it but the area around is open farmland.  A good sandy road leads to the cemetery.  A tall maker is visible from the Hwy.  It is grown up but not too bad that you cannot get in the cemetery.  The cemetery is about 200 or 300 feet from the black top Hwy.
