Calling to mind the Mortality of my Body it being appointed to all men once to die. Being Sick and weak of Body, but Sound in mind. Mercy (thanks) be to God. The [word] to which such worldly Substances as it has pleased God to Bless me with in this life.
To prevent suchy inconvieniences as might other ways arrise after my death, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner, that is to say
I Lend to my Beloved Wife Jude Molding During her life or Widowhood one third part of all my Estate Both Real and Personal.
I give to my (Daghter) Joice Molding one Negro woman named Caster and child Ellis, one white mair, one cow & calf, Sow & Piggs, on ewe and Lamb, Bed & Furniture to her and her heirs and assigns forever.
I give to my son George Molding all my Land that I bought of Thomas Morris that lay on the South side of [words} Hatch's Mile [word], one boy named (Talino) one Black Mair, one Bed and furniture, one Cow & calf, one ewe and lamb, one sow & pigs, to him his heirs & assigns all my Estate that I ahve not given away.
I lend to my wife as aforesaid and at her death, I order to be equally divided between my two Children, Joice and George Malding to them and heirs and assigns for ever. My will is that my son George Malding be my Executor with Geo. Lazarth My two executors in this my Last Will and Testament.

Francis Gooding and Andrew C. Gooding to William Brown for $800.00 land in Lenoir Co., N.C. on south side of Trent River near county line, on main road at Clarks Branch, to Robert Baker's line, to the line of land patented by Tucker Maldin, and John Yates' lines, containing 450 acres, together with the lands bought of Wm. Dean by Francis Gooding, one granted to John Yeats, two to Robert Baker, three to Tucker Maldin and another tract on Joshuays branch, which was sold by John M. Franks to Francis Gooding, and contains 173 acres, also a tract of 75 acres which was sold by Owen B. and Felix Cox to said Gooding, and another tract which is the undivided share of Abner Killebrew of Hinchey Killebrew, deceased on Joshuays branch.
