To prevent suchy inconvieniences as might other ways arrise after my death, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner, that is to say
I Lend to my Beloved Wife Jude Molding During her life or Widowhood one third part of all my Estate Both Real and Personal.
I give to my (Daghter) Joice Molding one Negro woman named Caster and child Ellis, one white mair, one cow & calf, Sow & Piggs, on ewe and Lamb, Bed & Furniture to her and her heirs and assigns forever.
I give to my son George Molding all my Land that I bought of Thomas Morris that lay on the South side of [words} Hatch's Mile [word], one boy named (Talino) one Black Mair, one Bed and furniture, one Cow & calf, one ewe and lamb, one sow & pigs, to him his heirs & assigns all my Estate that I ahve not given away.

Dean by Francis Gooding, one granted to John Yeats, two to Robert Baker, three to Tucker Maldin and another tract on Joshuays branch, which was sold by John M. Franks to Francis Gooding, and contains 173 acres, also a tract of 75 acres which was sold by Owen B. and Felix Cox to said Gooding, and another tract which is the undivided share of Abner Killebrew of Hinchey Killebrew, deceased on Joshuays branch.
