With the gracious help of Eileen Agnes Duffin , of Sutton Qc., who contacted me in May of 2009, and with the generous aid of Mary E. Mayo , Attorney at Law  at the firm Mayo and Mayo, California, I have been able to bring this branch of  my mother`s wonderful Laing family up to date as of the  last day of  December 2010 (my Aunt Jessie Laing Smith bless her soul would have been very pleased with all that has now been completed)
