The MAHADYS/MAHEDYS & QUIGLEYS of Van Diemens Land (Tasmania).

As some of you may be aware,I had contacted the Tasmanian Archives Office seeking some further information from the Van Diemens Land Records,on the two Irish Convicts,James Mahady/Mahedy and husband of his sister Ann,Hugh Quigley,as both of them had been transported, in 1842,after being found guilty of the housebreaking of the home of Patrick Farrelly at Currygrane, Clonbroney, County Longford.
Some further details were found regarding James,as will be provided within this document,however,nothing further was ever provided for Hugh,probably because we had absolutely nothing recorded of him and it seemed as though he had just vanished off the face of the earth.
As has happened to me a number of times,since I have taken up this Mahady Research, something always seems to appear unexpectedly, and I find some other missing pieces of our Genealogical Jigsaw,on which I will now expand upon:-
Due to my Magna having just reached the time for its first 12 month warranty check up I had provided them with a list of those items which I considered as having need for touching up,or minor rectification at their expense,rather than mine at some later period.
Consequently,arrangements were made for them to have the vehicle for half a day but,they then advised me when it was dropped off at their Service Section,that it would need to be extended to the full day and so I decided to proceed by train to Brisbane,with extra time on my hands.
After spending a few hours doing the usual in the "Big City" I decided to visit the Brisbane National Library as it had been some time since I had called into the Family History Section and which,as usual,was at the wrong time as it was extremely busy and with all of the machines and computers being previously booked out.
Fortunately,whilst I was standing there,waiting to be attended to,one of the researchers went outside the library building to phone someone on her mobile,as they are not allowed to be used inside,and when she came back she advised us that she had to leave right away. I took her place.
Most of the Microforms and other items,such as rolls of film,were now in use and all they could find were some new Microfiche which had not been classified,nor placed into their filing system,but which they then offered to me in the hope that they may be of some assistance. They were the latest updated B,D & Ms for Hobart,Launceston and the other country areas for Tasmania,from 1838 to various periods between1856 & 1899.

NOTE:- James Mahady (Convict),whose wife was named Rose,was the brother
of Ann (Mahady) Quigley and their mother was named Nancy (Ann).
They had a brother Edward,who was also a witness at James's Trial.

A decision then being made to seek any Tasmanian details on Hugh Quigley
resulted in the finding of 57 Quigley B,D & Ms being registered at a number
of locations,within the Van Diemens Records,of whom 24 could have some
direct relationship to Hugh & Ann (Mahady) Quigley,with most being located
in the Westbury area.
The first list will comprise of the above and a second list will be Quigleys,
from other various locations,who may very well be connected to Hugh Quigley.

The first entry is the only item found,during the above research
periods,which specifically refers to the connection between the
MAHADYS & QUIGLEYS,however,most of the others are located in the
