I didn't locate William in the 1920 census. Carrie was enumerated living with her oldest son Lucian Howard Whipple in 1920 and gave her marital status as married in 1920.
In the 1930 Federal Census, William G. Whipple was enumerated in Centerville Township, Anoka County, Minnesota, ED# 10, sheet 1A. He was age 71, gave his place of birth as Minnesota, his father's place of birth as Michigan and his mother's as Wisconsin. He listed his occupation as a poultry farmer and his marital status as married. The only other person listed in the 1930 household was a housekeeper, Hattie Russell, single, age 53, born in Iowa. I could not find a match for Carrie in the Minnesota Death Index.
From census data, their known children were:

According to the Minnesota Death Certificate Index, Cassa Whipple died on 5 December 1915 in Le Suer County. I was able to obtain a copy of his obituary from the Le Suer County Historical Society, copied from the Montgomery Messenger, dated 10 December 1915. In the 1920 Federal Census, after Cassa's death, Rosa B. Whipple and her son, Vernon L., now age 11, were still living in Montgomery Township. All of the girls were married or living outside of the home. Rose did remarry in June of 1941 to Frank Stasney in St. Paul, Minnesota. Rose died in May 1948, her obituary appeared in the Montgomery Messenger on 7 May 1948. From census data and their obituaries, the children of Cassa B. Whipple and Rose B. Houska were:

From her brother Cassa's obituary, Lavina married Oliver P. Francisco (his second marriage), he died on 4 February 1926 in Wabasha County, Minnesota.
In the 1900 Federal Census they were recorded in Florence Township, Goodhue County, Minnesota, ED# 39, sheet 4B (both "Lovina" and Francisco stated that they had been married for 17 years; Lovina stated that she had given birth to 2 living children; her aunt and uncle, William and Mary Whipple lived in the adjacent household):

13.6.3.4 Ulysses Grant Whipple, was born in September 1866 in Minnesota and died in 1933. There is a burial record listed for Grant U. Whipple, born in 1868 and death in 1923 [sic, this is an error in the transcription, he did appear in the 1930 census, and died in 1932], lot 198, in Sunset Rest Cemetery, in Northwood, Iowa. Ulysses Grant Whipple is mentioned in his brother's Cassa's obituary in 1915 as "Grant Whipple of Northwood, Iowa".
There is also a marriage record for Grant Whipple in Worth County, Iowa, dated 11 February 1897, to Leone Root [sic, should be Leona Root]. Her obituary gives her name as Leona Dell (Root) Whipple, born on November 28th 1875 in Meltonville, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ransom Root (her father was living in her household in the 1910 census, see below) and died in 1958. The 1880 Federal Census listed her father as R.H. Root, age 35 born in Ohio, and her mother as Laverne Root, age 30, also born in Ohio. The Root family was recorded in Deer Creek, Worth County, Iowa in 1880. In the 1900 Federal Census Ransom and Laverne Root were living in Northwood, Worth County, Iowa. Ransom and Laverne both stated that they had been married for 32 years, Laverne stated that she had given birth to 6 children, 5 of whom were still living. Ransom's occupation is difficult to make out--it appears that he was a professor of some sort.
In the 1900 Federal Census of Northwood Township, Worth County, Iowa, ED# 152, 4A (they both stated that they had been married for 3 years, Leona also stated that she had given birth to 2 living children) their household listed:
