Columbia Ephraim Harrison and Catherine Mary Kate Roe
Listed below are the descendants of Columbia Ephraim Harrison and Catherine Mary "Kate" Roe.  Columbia was the seventh son of Joseph Harrison I and Bathsheba Oglesby.  Mary "Kate" Roe was the daughter of of Jeremiah Roe II and Jane Grove.

The descendants of Columbia Ephraim Harrison and Catherine Mary "Kate" Roe:


(15.7.1) Susannah Harrison was born on 29 November 1830, in Adams County, Indiana, and died on 29 June 1910, in Decatur, Adams County, Indiana.  She is buried in Pleasant Mills, Indiana.  She married (1st) Jacob Andrews (he died shortly afterwards) on September 1848, in Adams County, Indiana, and married (2nd) Aaron Archer on 17 January 1850, in Adams County, Indiana.  Aaron was born on 10 August 1810, in Virginia, and died on 20 May 1881, in St. Marys, Adams County, Indiana.  He is buried in Pleasant Mills Cemetery, in Pleasant Mills, Indiana.  Aaron was the son of Aaron and Mary Archer.  Aaron married (1st) Jane McClelland, daughter of Mary Susannah Roe and Joesph McClelland, on 9 February 1832 (she died somestime between 1843-1848, in Adams County, Indiana).  Susanna lived her entire life in the Adams County, Indiana area.  She had the following children:

(15.7.1.3) Evaline Archer married  F.P. Faust.


(15.7.1.4) Amanda Archer married William W. Moats.


(15.7.1.5) Columbia Harrison Archer married (1st) Flora Rolon and married (2nd) Helen Hutton.


(15.7.1.6) David Archer married Evaline Archbold.


(15.7.1.7) Isabella Archer married  J. Dayton Winans.


(15.7.1.8) Jeremiah "Jerry" Archer married Alice France.


(15.7.1.9) Elmore "Elmer" Archer  married Eliza Ann Roe.


(15.7.1.10) Annie Archer died in infancy.


(15.7.1.11) Samuel Archer died in infancy.

(15.7.2) Jeremiah "Jerry" Harrison was born on September 1833, in Adams County, Indiana, and died (after 1910), in the Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan area.  He married Delia.


(15.7.3) Samuel Harrison  was born in 1835, in Adams County, Indiana, and died in 1864, during a Civil War battle (in Virginia).  He married (15.1.2.1) Sarah Ann "Sally" Sager.


(15.7.4) Mary Ann Harrison was born in 1835, in Adams County, Indiana, and died on 22 Mar 1878.


(15.7.5) Adaline Harrison was born in 1838, in Adams County, Indiana, and died on 18 March 1853, in Adams County, Indiana.  She is buried in Old Mt. Tabor Cemetery, in Adams County, Indiana.


(15.7.6) Elizabeth Harrison was born on 31 May 1840, in Adams County, Indiana, and died on 15 September 1864, in Adams County, Indiana.  She is buried in Old Mt. Tabor Cemetery, in Adams County, Indiana.  She married John Martin on 17 October 1859, in Adams County, Indiana.


(15.7.7) Catherine Harrison was born in 1841, in Adams County, Indiana, and died on 11 Jun 1861, in Adams County, Indiana. She is buried in Old Mt. Tabor Cemetery, in Adams County, Indiana.  She married George Trimple on 31 December 1859, in Adams County, Indiana.


(15.7.8) William Henry Harrison was born in 1844, in Adams County, Indiana, and died on 15 January 1912, in Saginaw, Michigan.


(15.7.9) Letitia Jane "Tish" Harrison was born in 1845, in Adams County, Indiana, and died on 2 February 1914, in Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa.  She is buried in Graceland Park Cemetery, in Sioux City, Woodbury Co., Iowa.  "Tish" married  (1st) Emerson William Davis, and married (2nd) (15.1.14) Eli Orrin Sager. Justin Herbst also submitted a family photo.  Her children were:

(15.7.10) Martha Jane Harrison was born in 1847, in Adams County, Indiana, and died on 29 June 1853, in Adams County, Indiana.  She is buried in Old Mt. Tabor Cemetery, in Adams County, Indiana.


(15.7.11) Emily Jane Harrison was born in 1850, in St. Marys Township, Adams County, Indiana, and died on 19 November 1881, in Decatur, Adams County, Indiana.  She is buried in Old Mt. Tabor Cemetery, in Adams County, Indiana.  She married (1st) Henderson Walters on 30 April 1868, in Adams County, Indiana.  Henderson was born in 1846 and died on 22 May 1879, in Adams County, Indiana.  Henderson was the son of Abraham and Elizabeth Thrush Walters.  Emily Jane married (2nd) Elijah Walters.  Emily Jane lived her entire life in Adams County, Indiana and after the death of her first husband, she married his brother, and her last child was from her second marriage.  Emily died 8 months after the birth of her last child.

(15.7.11.6) Abraham Columbia Walters (died aged 2 years 10 months).


(15.7.11.7) Charles Marion Walters married Florence Wilford.

(15.7.12) Joseph Harrison was born in 1852, and died on 13 January 1853, in Adams County, Indiana.  He is buried in Old Mt. Tabor Cemetery, in Adams County, Indiana.


(15.7.13) Columbia Harrison was born in 1854, in St. Marys Township, Adams County, Indiana, and died on 28 January 1912, in Foyle, Oklahoma.  He married Sarah M. Gilpen on 13 September 1877.
