Michael Mike Harrison and Julia May Johnson Listed below are the descendants of Michael "Mike Harrison and Julia May Johnson.  Mike Harrison was the fourth son of Joseph William Harrison and Lydia Ann Roe.

The descendants of Michael "Mike" Harrison and Julia May Johnson:


(15.4.6.1) Worlinda Adell Harrison, born 8 June 1855, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 7 April 1939, in Geneva Township, Van Buren County, Michigan.  She is buried in Chambers Cemetery in Kibbie, Geneva Township, Michigan.  She married Frank Carlyle Butler in 1874.  Frank was born on 20 February 1851, in Climax, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 31 August 1929, in Geneva Township, Van Buren County, Michigan.  He is also buried in Chambers Cemetery.  Frank was the son of Stephen Butler and Eveline Powers.  The Butlers removed from Climax Township, to Van Buren County, Michigan circa 1882, and there they remained.  Frank was related to the Butler/Powers tribe whom were extremely inter-mingled and several of them married into the Sagers and Harrison families.  Note that Worlinda and Frank are buried in the same area as Celestine Butler and her husband, (13.7.2/15.1.1.2) Frederick Sager Harrison.  Worlinda was known as "Adell."  Their children were:

(15.4.6.1.1) Clyde Carlyle Butler, born on 8 August 1875, in Climax, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 15 March 1958, in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan buried in Monk Cemetery in Geneva Township, Michigan. He married Vivian Amanda Rich on 8 January 1901, in South Haven, Van Buren County, Michigan.


(15.4.6.1.2) Florence May Butler, born on 12 June 1877, in Climax, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 19 April 1958, in South Haven, Van Buren County, Michigan.  She is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, in Van Buren County, Michigan.  She married Zean S. Ireland on 8 April 1900, in South Haven, Michigan.


(15.4.6.1.3) Minnie Belle Butler, born on 12 July 1880, in Climax, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 24 January 1958, in Bangor, Van Buren County, Michigan.  She is buried in Chambers Cemetery, in Kibbie, Michigan.  She married Frank C. Curran on 7 January 1900, in South Haven, Michigan.


(15.4.6.1.4) Wave Julia Butler, born on 19 August 1883, in Geneva Township, Van Buren County, Michigan and died on 4 February 1941 in South Haven, Michigan.  She is buried in Chambers Cemetery, in Kibbie, Michigan.  She married Arthur H. Vincent on 28 November 1906 in South Haven, Michigan.


(15.4.6.1.5) Tena Helen Butler, born on 17 December 1885, in Geneva Township, Van Buren County, Michigan and died on 8 September 1977 in South Haven, Michigan.  She married Frank Samuel Anderson on 24 December 1908, in Van Buren County, Michigan.


(15.4.6.1.6) Forrest Ward Butler, born on 19 May 1888, in Geneva Township, Michigan and died on 7 June 1973 in Muskegon, Muskegon County, Michigan.


(15.4.6.1.7) Frank Glee Butler, born on 15 October 1890, in Geneva Township, Michigan and died on 19 July 1986 in South Haven, Michigan.  He is buried in Chambers Cemetery, in Kibbie, Michigan.


(15.4.6.1.8) Grace Irene Butler, born on 28 January 1893, in Geneva Township, Michigan and died on 16 February 1977 in South Haven, Michigan.  She is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, in South Haven, Michigan.  She married (1st) Charles Crawford on 11 September 1911, in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Grace married (2nd) Charles Labar, and married (3rd) Marjan Novack.


(15.4.6.1.9) Mabel Clare Butler, born on 4 November 1896, in Geneva Township, Van Buren County, Michigan and died on 17 March 1983 in Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  She married Roy Harrington.


(15.4.6.2) Nancy Marie Harrison, born on 11 May 1857 in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 11 July 1917 in Charleston Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  She is buried in Prairie Home Cemetery in Climax, Michigan.  She married  William Longman on 31 October 1874, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  William was born on 23 October 1847, in York, North Yorkshire, England and died on 27 January 1917, in Climax Township, Michigan.  He is also buried in Prairie Home Cemetery.  William was the son of John Longman and Jane Fenwick.  Their children were:

(15.4.6.2.1) Marion Walter Longman, born on 8 May 1876, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 12 January 1964, in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  He married Elsie in 1900.



(15.4.6.2.2) May Bell Longman, born on 5 September 1877, in Charleston Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in 1947 in Calhoun County, Michigan.



(15.4.6.2.3) Chester R. Longman, born on 2 April 1880, in Charleston Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in 1927 in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  He married Clella Hattie Mapes in 1901.



(15.4.6.2.4) Dycie A. Longman, born on 15 September 1883, in Charleston Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in 1958.  She married John H. Kerr.

(15.4.6.3) Joseph Ephraim Harrison, born on 18 April 1859, in Climax Township, in Kalamazoo County, Michigan died on 10 April 1860, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  He is buried in Harrison Cemetery, in Climax, Michigan.


(15.4.6.4) Minnie Isabel Harrison, born on January 1861, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 3 April 1935, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  She is buried in Harrison Cemetery, in Climax Township, Michigan.  She married Zenas W. Johnson in 1880.  Zenas was born  in September 1859, in Michigan and died on 25 February 1926 in Climax, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  He is also buried in Harrison Cemetery.  Zenas was the son of Isaac Johnson and Charlotte Davis.  Their children were:

        (15.4.6.4.1) Minnie Bertha Johnson, born in 1883 in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  She married Charles L. Adams on 20 September 1902, in Wakeshma Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  Charles was born in 1876 in Michigan the son of Charles Adams and Ellen Burdick.  Their children were:

(15.4.6.4.1.2) Clarence Ward Adams, born in 1908.


(15.4.6.4.1.3) June Adams married Alton Bartos on 10 April 1943, in Scotts, Michigan.

(15.4.6.5) Edgar Michael Harrison, born on 13 September 1862, in Climax Township, in Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in May 1865, in Climax Township, Michigan.  He is buried in Harrison Cemetery, in Climax Township, Michigan.

(15.4.6.6) William Henry Harrison, born in 1863, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  He married Belle Johnson on 21 December 1887, in Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa.  Belle was born in 1867 the daughter of Len Johnson and M. M. Holloway.  William came to Harrisonville, Iowa with his parents, siblings, uncles and aunts and cousins.  This band of relatives came about 1885, others from Lydia and Joseph II's family came as early as 1877.  William worked on Keg and Ben Harrison's farms.  William is listed on Lincoln Township tax rolls beginning in 1886 to  1890.  The family also went into Gordon, Nebraska to help establish that settlement.  They had one known child:

(15.4.6.6.1) "Billy Joe" Harrison, born about 1890, in Hinton, Lincoln Township, Plymouth County, Iowa (not known if this was his given name).

(15.4.6.7) Charles Eli Harrison, born on 7 April 1866 in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in November 1943 in Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan.  He is buried in North Fulton Cemetery.  He married (15.4.10.1) Addie E. Harrison on 2 February 1891 in Wakeshma Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  Addie was the daughter of Aaron Harrison and Susan G. Pierce.  Addie was born on 19 February 1868, in Wakeshma Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died in 1953, in Fulton, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.  She is also buried in North Fulton Cemetery, in Fulton, Michigan.  Charles went with his family as a young lad to Harrisonville, Iowa, where he is listed as a tax payer in 1889 and 1890.  His uncle, Aaron and wife, Susan, and two of their children, Addie and Jason Curtis, lived in Harrisonville for a year.  Aaron and family returned to Michigan, and Charles had been courting his first cousin, Addie and so he returned to farm in Wakeshma Township.  On the 1900 Federal Census in Wakeshma Township, Addie's parents are living with the couple.  Their daughter was:

(15.4.6.7.1/15.4.10.1.1) Helen Harrison,  (she was supposedly another relatives child and they adopted her).  She married Carl E. Warner.

(15.4.6.8) Frank W. Harrison, born on 11 July 1870, in Climax Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan and died on 25 November 1943, in Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa.  He is buried in Graceland Park Cemetery, in Sioux City, Iowa.  He married Mahala "Halley" Dean in 1888, in Hinton, Plymouth County, Iowa.  Mahala was the daughter of Samuel W. Dean and Jane Catherine Roe.  Frank was about 9 years old when he moved to Harrisonville, Iowa, at which time he assisted his father on a project on Benjamin Harrison's farm.  They placed in-door plumbing and electricity in his home located in Section 27, in 1880.  Frank explored many of the family settlements.  He lived and worked on Ben's Harrisonville farm and later moved to his Banner Township farm.  He became the builder/fix-it man for the Harrisonville settlement.  Ben's third wife, Lillie Dean's younger sister, Mahala, married Frank.  About the same time their sister, Hulda "Haulhy" married Oatis Ford. "Halley" and "Haulhy's" families were extremely close.  Oatis Ford's brothers, Charley Ford married Bertha Jane Wright (granddaughter of  Edna Ann Harrison and Eli Sager), another Ford brother, Ashton Edward married Orpha Ann VanDeBogart (daughter of  Margaret Harrison VanDeBogart).  Clay Dean (brother of the Dean girls) married Celinda Jane Sager (daughter of Edna Ann and Eli), on top of all this there is also a Roe connection.  "Oat", Charley and Frank Harrison lived and worked on Viola Sager Harrison's Madison, South Dakota farm after Hiram "Ace" Harrison died.  These families were extremely connected.  Their three children were:

(15.4.6.8.1) Arthur Harrison, born on 27 January 1893, in Hinton, Lincoln Township, Plymouth County, Iowa and died in 1959, in Sioux City, Iowa.  He married Frances Ritchner.  Their daughter was:
(15.4.6.8.1.1) Joyce Harrison, married Harvey Begnoche.  Their eleven children were:
