Lovenia and Forrest were the daughters of Nesburt Ruggles and Ida C. Williams.
Lovenia, born April 21, 1893, in Kansas during the family's brief stint there, married Charles P. Sembach. He was born March 7, 1892, in Evanston, Cook County, Illinois, according to his WWI Selective Service registration, although other records indicate he was born in 1893. Charles was a baker by trade. In 1920 and 1930 they were living in Pennsylvania. There were two children as of 1930, both born in Pennsylvania: Charles L. Sembach (December 17, 1919 - October 16, 2004); Maridel, born about 1925. Lovenia died February 9, 1981, in Yolo County, California. Last address on Social Security records: West Sacramento, Yolo County.
