My name is Linda, and I live in Florida home of the most beautiful beaches in the world, situated along the Gulf Coast
of Mexico. A favorite vacation spot for spring breakers, family vacations and Canadian "snowbirds".
I was born in Fall River, Mass., and raised in New London, Conn. My mom is of French-Canadian descent whose grandparents came from Canada in the late 1800's. Genealogy is my passion and my obsession. I have traced my French-Canadian family back thirteen generations and have reconnected with cousins I haven't seen since I was a child and have met new ones.
I have been married since 1970 to a wonderful man who has put up with my endless hours on the computer, in the libraries and dragging him around graveyards looking for that one special connection. We have two terrific children and three adorable grandchildren.
The families that most interest me are AUDET, DUPRE, GAUTHIER, LAGASSE, LAURENCE, PEPIN-LACHANCE, and TALBOT. Included with these names, I have over 12,000 individuals in my family charts.
