Notes for MARGARET: A minister, Mr. Barclay, was quite agreeable to baptising the babies in his area. On occasion, he performed the ceremonies for the babies, and managed to marry the parents at the same time. Among the records is note of Peter Tehonwaghkwangeraghka and his wife, Margaret. Their son, Jacob, was baptised on 18 July 1741, and the next year, a daughter, Christina was duly baptised 6 February 1741 (date corrected due to Gregorian calendar). Of these children, nothing further has ever been learned---they probably died in childhood.
