Descendants of Patrick MULLOY

This is the Family Tree of the Descendants of Patrick Mulloy and Margaret Gormly. 

This tree has come to this stage with the help of the following people. The late John Best, Sue Henry and Brother Peter Fogarty and from family information handed down. It's as up to date as can be at this stage. If anyone would like to add more information or have any corrections please EMAIL me. 

Patrick was born in County Caven, Ireland about 1814 to James and Bridget Mulloy, but we don't have any further information about his parents. He arrived in Australia on the 30th May 1841 on the ship 'Runnymede'. Patrick Mulloy was a Police Constable and a Post Master at Picton, NSW and was also a Farmer during and after these periods.

 He married Margaret Gormly on 19 February 1846. Margaret was the daughter of  Patrick and Mary (nee Dockery) Gormly and a brother to James Gormly. Margaret arrived in Australia on the 20th September 1839 on the ship 'Crusader' with her parents and brothers and sisters. Her parents both drowned in the Gundagai flood on 25 June 1852 along with her brother Jeremiah (11) (also known as Darby)  sister Sarah (14) and brother Patrick (nearly 10)
