Peter Krist a Minor son of Jacob Krist, deceased being above the age of Fourteen years appears in Court and chooses Alexander Stockslegle of Mannor Township Guardian over his Estate and person during his minority and he is appointed his guardian accordingly.

The court appoints Michael Kauffman of Mannor Township guardian over the estates of Maria Krist and Anna Krist Minor children of Jacob Krist deceased during their minority.

Pursuant to an order of this court the eleventh day of February last, John Hay, Esq., High Sherriff of the County of Lancaster returns the said Order with and Inquisition thereto annexed taken before the ad Sheriff by the Oath and Affirmation of Twelve good and Lawful men of the Bailywick of the same Sheriff who upon their Oath and Affirmation respectively do say that the Rall Estate Lands and Tenements late of Jacob Krist deceased consisting of a certain Improvement and Tract of Warrant Land situate in the Township of Mannor in the County of Lancaster containing Two hundred and Twenty Two Acres and the usual Allowance for Roads &c with the Appurtenances whereof the said Jacob Krist died possessed cannot be divided to and amongst all the children of the said deceased without injury to and spoiling of the whole and that the same Improvement and tract of land with the appurtenances being the same in the said order mentioned are worth and of the value of 800 pounds lawful money of Pa at and for which sum of £800 the Inquest in the said Inquisition named upon their Oath and Affirmation aforesaid respectively do value and appraise the same subject to the residue of the principal purchase money Interest and Quit rent due and to become due for the same premises to the Honble the Proprietaries of the Province aforesaid which Inquisition being considered is approved of by the court, and on motion of Mr Atlee in behalf of Andreas Krist, eldest son of the said Jacob Krist deceased It is Ordered by the court that the said Andreas Krist do on paying or securing to be paid within the term of twelve months the several and respective shares of the other children of the said deceased of and in the premises agreeable to the valuation aforesaid hold and enjoy the said improvement and tract of land with the appurtenances (subject as aforesaid) in fee agreeable to the Directions of the Acts of General Assembly of this Province of Pennsylvania in such cases made and provided.  And the Court direct the payment of the said £800 in manner following VIZ:  That the said Andreas Krist retain in his hands the sum of £266..13..4 being One third of the said appraised value during the Term of the natural life of Anna the widow of the said deceased to enable him to pay to her sixteen pounds yearly in Lieu of her dower or Thirds in the premises, if she shall choose to accept the same and give security for the payment of the shares of the other children of and in the same sum after the death of the said Anna, and that the residue of the said appraised value (to wit) £533..6..8 be distributed and paid or Security given for the same within the said 12 months as follows:  That he retain for his share thereof £152..7..8½ and pay to
