The Union House
At an Orphans'  Court, held at the City of Lancaster, Pa., in and for said County, on the 26th day of
March  A D 1900.  In the matter of the petition of Wayne Felker, Administrator of the Estate of Samuel M Witmyer, late of the Township of Ephrata, for the Specific Performance of a certain contract of sale entered into by the said Samuel M Witmyer, during his lifetime, with Allen M Christ for the sale and conveyance of the following described real estate, to-wit:
     A certain hotel building with a lot of ground thereto belonging, known as the "The Union House" located on the corner of Main and Locust Street in the Village of Lincoln, Ephrata Township, bounded by properties of Pierce Irvin, Sarah Brown and other property of the said Witmyer and the streets above named, together with the appurtenances thereto belonging.
     And now, March 26, 1900, the above petition with the prayers of Allen M Christ, and the widow and guardian of the minor son, of Samuel M Witmyer, having been presented to the Court, and it appearing therefrom to the Court that further notice and hearing thereon has been waived by the said Allen M Christ, and all the other parties interested, and the Court having fully considered said petition and prayers and the facts admitted and proved in support of the same, and no sufficient cause being shown to the contrary adjudge said facts to be sufficient in equity and order and decree that the said contract be specifically performed according to the true intent and meaning thereof; and the Court do further decree that upon the payment by the said Allen M Christ to the said Wayne Felker, administrator as aforesaid, of the sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Dollars, and the further payment by him of the costs and charges of the conveyance, being the remainder of the purchase money and the costs and charges payable, according to the terms of said contract, the said administrator do execute to the said Allen M Christ a good and sufficient deed, conveying to him in fee simple the messuage and tract of land in the said contract mentioned in conformity with the intention of the same.
