Company "A" Davis's Battalion April 29th 1864.
Wounded in action (side) Wilderness Virginia May 5th
1864.Captured Winchester September 19th 1864,sent to 
Point Lookout, released June 14th 1865.
Height 5 foot 10 inches, Light complexion, black hair,
hazel eyes. Age 33.
Listed on 1870 Maryland census for Cumberland County.
Residence shown as Little Orleans postwar also.
