Posters are up for an auction sale on Saturday, February 12th, by J.L. Hyland at his farm 3 1/3 miles south of Rosemount, when he will dispose of all his stock, farm machinery, 15 tons of good timothy hay, and several articles not mentioned in the posters, together with a farm of 240 acres in the town of Empire.  This will be the largest auction sale that has been held here for some time, owing to the large amount of stock and machinery to be sold.

    Judge F.M. Crosby granted an absolute divorce to Francis T. Taylor, of Ravenna, from his wife, Kate Taylor, upon the grounds of desertion.  His age is given as forty-eight years, and hers at forty seven.  They were married Jan. 2, 1872, and have three sons and a daughter.  The separation dates from June 21st, 1895.
