Dixton pochi de penalt in Comitatu Monmotha yeoman teneri et firmiter obligari Edmondo Dixton de pochi et Comitat predicta in quardraginta libris bone et Legalis monete Anglie
solvendis eidem Edmondo Dixton
aut certo attornato executorbus administratores vel assign suis ad quam quidem
solutionem bene et fideliter faciendam obligamus nos et utrumque nostrum per se
pro toto et in solidum heredes, executores et administratores nostros firmiter
per presentes sigillis nostris sigillatas Date vicesimo die February 1704
The condition of this obligation is
such that whereas there was an agreement made between the above bounden David
Dixton and the above named Edmond Dixton and of his younger brothers
that he the sd David Dixton for divers? considerations is to pay to him
the sd Edmond the sum of twentie pound of current money wthin three
yeares next after the decease of Edmond Dixton the eldist and Blanch
his wife father & mother of the sd David Dixton and the said Edmond
his sd brother. And if it should happen
that the said Edmond should should dye wthout issue before the limitt
& time of paymt aforementioned that then the said David Dixton is to
pay but tenn pound of the sd twentie due by the bill to his other surviving
brother William Dixton. Now if
the said David Dixton his heires executors and administrators or any or
eyther of them shall and doe well and trully pay the said sum of mony due
according to and in pursuance of the above expressed agreement upon demand made
at the time limitted for the payment as aforesaid wthout and frawd or deceayt
and according to the true intent and meaning of these presents that then the
above written obligation to be void and of noe effect or else to be and remayne
in full power force and virtue.

that hee the said David Dixton for divers considerations is to pay to
