Edward Thomas Wilsey:
Services for Edward Wilsey, 85, of 1105 W. 4th St., Davenport, will be
11:30 a.m. Wednesday
at Runge Mortuary. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetary.
Visitations is 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Mr. Wilsey died Friday at Osteopathic Hospital after an extended illness.
He was retired from East Davenport Fuel and Lumber Co.
He was born in Montrose, Iowa. He married Harriet Bush in 1926 in Rock
Island, ILL.
She died in 1955.
Survivors include daughters, Mrs. John (Geraldine) Patterson; Cynthia
Rhodenberg;
Dorothy Gladfelter; Maxine Rayburn; Florence Moss and Betty Olson, all of
Davenport;
a son Clyde, Davenport; 35 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren;
sisters, May McClure, Winnipeg, Canada; Gladys Kleiss, Montrose, Iowa and Ella
Wiese,
and Daisy Peters, both of Davenport.
