We the Churchwardens and other Parishioners of the Parish of Morvah in the County of Cornwall and Diocese of Exeter whose names are hereunto subscribed do hereby this 22nd Day of July in the Year 1859 at our Vestry assembled , Rate and Tax all and every Occupiers of Lands and Tenements within the limits of this Parish at 61/2d in the pound for and towards the repairs and defraying the necessary Charges on the Church of the Said Parish for the current year the several sums following. viz-
