When Raiford applied
for his social security and received his first check it was spelled Moseley. He
never changed the mistake and simply added another e to his mailbox. When he
died and social security paid his death benefit that same e was extended to his
tombstone. He was Raiford Mosley the Moseley was simply a mistake that was
never corrected.

and 46 in Emanuel County. Then Matthew was shot in the back by a Phillips
kinsman of Cuyler's.
