Confirmation of agreement in the year 1571 between Hryn and Onykiy, the Sitkievichs, and their bracia stryjeczni (1^st cousins), namely Fedor, Andrei, Ivan, Sachno (Alexander – A.B.) and Stepan, the Hrydkievichs (Gridkievichs), regarding a share of land properties, called as “Ostrow Zajasieniczy”, near the village of Nieumierzyce (3 km east of Mozhary, and 25 km west of Ovruch).

 

On this page they have been termed as being the “Mozarowskis”.

 

This document have been confirmed in the official state register (Metryka Koronna (Wolynska)). However, in this Metryka, the above mentioned persons have been termed as being the “Nieumierzyckis”.

 

This is another crucial proof for that the both families, i.e. the Mozarowskis and the Nieumierzyckis, do really descent from a common ancestor.
