That Thomas Twort tanner of Westram, being ill ... having an intention to make his will nuncupative or by word of mouth did on the 17th day of December last past nuncupate and declare as follows
"After my debts are discharged, I give all I am possessd of entirely to my wife"
And he the said Thomas Twort desired these deponents to take notice that such was his will, he then used words to that effect and these deponents further say that the said Thomas Twort was during all and singular the premisses of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding and that the said deceased died of distemper on or about the 25th Dec last.
