Ebenezer Franklin Sharp

Ebenezer was the fifth child of Marshall and Matilda Sharp. He was born in 1831 in Montgomery County, AL.

He married Martha Bonne Harris is 1860. 

Ebenezer attended medical school at the Augusta Medical College, Augusta GA, and at Atlanta Medical College, Atlanta GA.  During the Civil War he served as a surgeon's assistant.  At the end of the war he moved to Good Hope, MS an opened his first practice. Ebenezer eventually ended up in Hillsboro Texas, where he practiced medicine until his death on April 2, 1909.

William M. Sharp

The sixth child of Marshall and Matilda, William was born Sept. 20, 1835 in Montgomery County, AL.

He married Caroline Mayo on Dec. 29, 1858 in Tallapoosa County, AL.  They had no children.

William served in the Civil War in the 28th Regiment of Mississippi Infantry, the same company as his brother John. 

William died in Scott County MS on Fev. 29, 1908.

George W. Sharp

The 7th child of Marshall and Matilda, George was born in 1838.

He never married, and for his entire life was afflicted with epilepsy. 

George died Jan. 25, 1890, after suffering 22 seizures in one night.

Susie Margaret Sharp

Susie was born in Tallapoosa County AL in 1842. 

She married Philip Brady Langford on Dec. 18, 1866 in Leake County, MS.

Susie was living in Scott County when she died on April 24, 1916.

 Marshall Harrison Sharp

Marshall was the youngest child of Marshall and Matilda. He was born in 1844 in Tallapoosa County AL.

He served in the Civil War in the 40th Regiment of Mississippi Infantry, and died during the war, although it is not known during which battle he was killed.
