Hello again family and friends! I am almost back up and running. Of course there will be more additions to the site as the days go on, so please check back every once in awhile.

This site used to be known as "My Kids' Family" but it seemed to grow so much that I've just expanded it to "My History Library". Our family history is rooted in Crawford County, Iowa, seeing seven generations of many of the family branches being born there. So much of what you will find here begins there.

How to use this site: Well it's pretty self explanatory ... I hope. I've tried to make it simple to use and easy to navigate. One note however ... when you see the this is a link that takes you off my website. So please remember to add "My History Library" to your favorites list or use the back button when leaving. Thanks.

Due to the large amounts of emails I have received requesting family research help, I'm afraid I'm going to start to ask for a mere $1.00 per biography or obituary to help cover cost of copy and mailing. I simply do not have the time to type up all the info requested nor do I have the money to keep mailing packets to folks. As much as I like to help, with four small children, a husband, and a house to run I'm a busy woman who has devoted way too much time and resources to this task in the past. So I hope you find this fair. In the meantime, please feel free to browse the site and also check out the 2 searchable family trees which are jam packed with information.

If you find a bio or obit indexed and would like a copy, please email me by clicking on the mailbox to the left. If you would like to search for a bio in a book I have listed but have not yet indexed online, just email me and let me know. I'll look it up for you.
