The Janes Sisters, Anna and Mary

This is a photo of my mom (with guitar) and one of her sisters, Anna.
The photo was probably taken in the late 1940's at a church they used to sing at.
All 4 sisters, Anna, Perna, Mary, and Eva started singing in the church at a very young age. Churches would request them to sing. When they moved from Sparksville to Chicago they continued to stay active in the church. Anna and Mary were both Sunday School teachers. Mary did it for 40's years and was presented one of the highest honors from the Nazarene Church organization of Chicago.
