They are an independent non-profit organizataion dedicated to preserving
a bit of history and to operating the library and Musuem.
They have many Cherokee genealogical resources availble on site and also
publish two genealogical publications
The voluntary staff carring on Virgil Talbot's dream, are all wonderful people
and have a great deal of knowledge that has been added to both of his excellent
publications. To subscribe to them I have included the information below.
If you are look for family in the Cherokee Nation I highly recomend these
publications especially if your family was in the Goingsnake district.
