of Wills and granting Letters of Administration, in and for said County,
V. A. Brooks, who being duly sworn/deposed says that Evangeline Brooks,
late of late of Sinnamahoning, Pa. said County Deceased, died at Sterling
Run, Pa., on or about Saturday, the 20th day of June A.D. 1908 at 11:30
o'clock A.M. of said day, to the best of his knowledge and belief.

Jr. and on their sworn oath did severally depose declare and say that
the above named Henry Shaffer died without a will, that they will as
the administrators of Henry Shaffer well and truly administer the goods
and chattels **** **** and that to the best of their knowledge and belief
the goods and chattels rights and credits of the personal estate of
which Henry Shaffer died possessed in the aggregate do not in value
exceed the sum of one thousand dollars.

Personally
appeared before me T. B. Lloyd, Deputy Register, in and for said County
J. B. Grimshaw and was sworn according to law deposes and says that
Jacob Shaffer of Driftwood, PA died December 25th 1881 leaving personal
property not to exceed five hundred dollars and he left no will or relative
to administer upon the estate, except three children, who are under
age and I desire the Register of said County to appoint me administrator
of said estate.
