Neal, Benjamin or Benjamin Neale, wife Delilah, Virgina Line, W10220, BLW #56951-160-55, Soldier lived in Fauquier County, Virgina at enlistment & later served with an Ensign Matthew Neale (relationship not given) soldier applied March 04, 1833 Bulter County, KY age 73 in 1852 he was living in Marion County, Indana, soldier went from KY to OH with Delilah Barton where they were married February 15, 1805 or 1806, soldier died April 15, 1853 at the home of Woodbeck Low in Shelby County, Indiana, widow applied March 28, 1854 Rush County, Indiana aged 73, widow applied for BLW March 11, 1857 in Shelby County, Indiana and stated she lived there part of the time and the rest of the time with a daughter in Washington D.C. Children shown in 1857 were Joseph age 51, Mary Bird age 47 or 48 and in 1851 she had gave her address as c/o of William Bird a Lumber Merchant in Washington D.C., Matthew H. dec'd, Richard B., Malinda Low, Thomas T., dec'd, Joshua dec'd John and Mahala Thomas in 1854 Richard B. Neale made aff'dt in Rush County, Indiana and in 1854 Woodbeck Low of Shebley County, Indiana made Aff'ft, relationship not stated.

Neal, James wife Sarah, South Carolina Line W26574, BLW #13010-160-55, soldier lived in Darlington District South Carolina at time of enlistment and soldier applied there March 25, 1825 age 70 with wife Elizabeth age 65, solider married second to Sarah (?) On March 29 1835, he died April 28, 1845, widow applied May 11, 1853 Darlington District South Carolina, widow applied for BLW April 19, 1855 age 58.

Neal, James, Virginia Line, S38257, applied June 3, 1818 Wood County Virginia, age 81 $ he died there Feb. 2, 1821 in 1850 a daughter Mrs. Mary Foley was of Wood County, Virginia in 1818 and in 1820 James Neal was Clerk of the Court for Wood County Virginia but no relationship to solider was stated.

Neal, John, Margaret Smith former widow, Maryland and New Jersey Line, W19054 soldier enlisted at Port Tabacco Maryland, he applied 18 May 1818 at Ovid New York, age 61 in 1820 referred to a daughter Theodasia aged 18 and her child. Soldier married Margaret ? February 27, 1780 at Boundbrook, New Jersey, soldier died July 22, 1825 and wife married next to John Beryann Smith who died October 09, 1847, widow applied November 04, 1847 at Hector New York age 81, a son Benjamin Neal was of Seneca County, New York, in 1847 and stated he was born March 17, 1781 and that his wife was Elizabeth ? Neal was born November 07, and their Children were Joanthan born January 28, 1801, Barsheb born August 10, 1803, Ira b. September 12, 1804, Abigail born February 09, 1807, Betsy born March 06, 1813, and Benjamin born September 23, 1822.
