Index of Canadian Neff Ancestral Lines

The following brief information is extracted from the Neff Genealogy work of Nadyne Neff Gooding. Her research of the Neff name in Canada has been concentrated on the Ontario area as this is where the families from Pennsylvania settled. Provinces west of Ontario were settled much later and most of the Neffs settling there are descendants of OntA1, Abraham Neff (A134). Neff settlements in eastern Canada are not known at this time, but we believe that no Neffs from Pennsylvania settled there.
