This is the tombstone of Lewis F. Dornblaser, son of John H. and Rachel M. Dornblaser. He was born Aug. 2, 1890, and died May 29, 1907. It is located in the Riverview Cemetery in Portland, PA. The stone is very unusual, as it looks like a tree stump with a sign held by a rope-even though it is carved of stone.
