OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE WHEN WE FIRST MARRY AND THEN CONCEIVE!

I was first introduced to Genealogy in 1992, completely by accident as I was looking for some information on how the cousin structure worked (1st cousins, 2nd cousins, 1st cousins once removed etc).  I was sent to the Genealogy department in my local library and not only got the information I wanted but an addiction I am still working on today.

One of the first things I was told was the correct way to pronounce the word  -  Gene-nee-allergy  and I was warned it is like allergy once bitten.

And here I am today 9 years later still on the search.  I did have a long break but have resumed my search and have found so many more resources available to me than were around when I first started, the internet has to be one of the genealogist best tools.
