Remember when you contact a office for records, be brief and to the point with your request. These offices are swamped with genealogist looking for records. A thank you and a please will go a long way. Don't exspect a responce in a few days, it could take weeks or months before you get a responce. Alot of times you'll get a form in the mail to request the records. Play the game and you should get what you are looking for, be rude and you'll probably get lost in the shuffle.
