Ancestors of Robert Norton and Dianne Dufty
I posted these pages with the idea of sharing some of the genealogy information that I have collected over the years. I also hope that you maybe able to help me unravel some of the mysteries of my own family. Not all the dates and events listed on these pages are documented. If you want to know if I have a document for a particular event please email me and I will check my database.
I have had a hard
time deciding what to call this home page. The logical name would be my
maiden name Dufty or my husband's surname, which is Norton.
Unfortunately, neither name would get me the results that I desire. The
Norton name was shorten from Nonartonis shortly after the family came to
I
wanted to share some of the pictures that I have collected of my ancestors with
everyone, but did not want to frustrate you with loading every picture.
So I have started an album of "unknown pictures". These pictures have been labled but I still don't
know if they are relatives or old friends. Also on each family homepage
if I have a picture and you are interested just click on this icon 
when it appears.
Some of the names that I am researching are: ANDERSON, BABCOCK, BOERSCH, COLE, DAUGIRDA, HAEGELE, HILLMAN, JENEREAUX, KIRBY, LaFOUNTAIN, LEE, MATTHIES, MILLEN, NONARTONIS, SABAS, SILVERTHORN, STEPHENSON, WAGOR, YARWORTH, and many others.
As I have researched the different Court Houses in which I thought would provide me with information about my family I have kept notes on the people that I have run across with the same surnames. If you would like to look through this list go to my County Court House Record's Page.
