  • Muster Rolls- these sheets include: Hospital muster, Company muster, Company discritive (this one includes his height, color eyes etc.) covering dates 1862 and 1863
  • Discharge papers- Certificate of disability for Discharge. These describe his injury and include a $25 clothing bounty. written in 1863
  • Declaration for Invalid Army Pension- Because on injuries incurred while in the army he applies for pension. Written between Oct 1869-Jan 1870
  • Declaration for Restoration- to the pension rolls. Apparently his pension stopped and here he asks it to be restored. Includes affidavit of friend witnessing his need. Written August 1881-April 1882
  • Increase of Pension- written March 1891
  • Family Questionnaire-  Military wants to know names of children and spouse. written June 1898
  • Drop Order and Report- Philip Heller dies. Written September 1906
  • Application for Widow's Pension- includes copy of marriage license, written October 1906-Feb 1907
  • Increase of Pension- written September, 1916
  • Pensioner Dropped- death of Philips widow, Sarah. written September 1920
