Additional notes from Russ on this cemetery: "While at the library in Tiffin I came across a reference to a Frazier Cemetery in Eden Twp., Seneca County. This was in a little booklet, History of Eden Township and Melmore, prepared in 1972 (but copying much earlier source material). In a paragraph entitled "Cemeteries of Eden Township", the authors name seven cemeteries, but fail to mention Kagy Cemetery (the one I photographed for you). I found this unusual since there are so many early graves at Kagy. The paragraph does name a Frazier Cemetery, which is said to be on the Robert Weinandy farm. I believe this "Frazier Cemetery" is the current Kagy Cemetery, even though no Fraziers are buried there.

A Robert Weinandy currently owns the land around Kagy Cemetery and Weinandys have been on that land for as long as I can remember. In addition, at the library I found an Eden Township property map dated 1917 which shows a T.J. Frazier as the owner of that same land in 1917. I don't know when the cemetery first started going by "Kagy", but I'm certain that at some time in the past it was known as Frazier Cemetery."
