Research Services
If your ancestors lived north of the Sullivan Line in Lee County, Iowa, the Old Fort Genealogical Society volunteers will assist you in your genealogical research.  Upon request Old Fort Genealogical Society volunteers will conduct North Lee County research on a first come, first served basis.  A donation of $5 per hour for library research, or $7.50 per hour for courthouse research is requested.  Please include a minimum payment for one hour of research and a long self-addressed envelope with your research request.  You will be asked to reimburse photo-copy charges and postage.  Make your checks payable to Old Fort Genealogical Society.  For research south of the Sullivan Line, contact the Lee County Genealogical Society, P.O. Box 303, Keokuk, Iowa 52632.
