Robert Pleasants, executor of (his father) John Pleasants, deceased, of Henrico County, surviving parter of (his brother) John Pleasants, deceased, of Cumberland County, to Thomas Morgan of Cumberland County, for thirty pounds sold by John of Cumberland to Thomas,March 9, 1771, at public auction, obtained as a result of a mortgage to John of Henrico by William Davis the elder to secure a debt owned by William Davis, jr., a tract of land containing 50 acres, bounded by the lands of Elizabeth Davis, Charles Woodson, and Henry Macon.
