Probated 8 may 1846 in Daviess County, Missouri.
Presented for probate by his son Henry Morgan, who was appointed Executor.
Daughter Susan Morgan to receive all land in Daviess County, together with household and kitchen furniture, a yoke of oen, 15 hogs, cow and calf, and a slave named John.
