Wife Sally F. Morgan bequeathed entire estate during her lifetime, then to be divided amongst children.

Brother-in-law Dr. Thomas E. Moorman appointed executor of the estate.

Witnesses: G.R. Nichols and William D. Price.

9 May 1902 - an inventory of Taylor Morgan's personal property was compiled by G.R. Nichols, George Oakes, and W.D. Price. They noted that they had not reckoned for his widow's poor law exemption. Itemization was as follows:

2 beds worth $15.00
1 cow and calf worth $15.00
1 mule worth $25.00
1 buggy worth $10.00
5,000 feet of lumber worth $40.00
1 tobacco house worth $40.00

Total value = $145.00
