This is to certify that William S. Morgan 1757343, Sergeant, Medical Corps, unassigned, last assigned to 312th Field Hospital, the United States Army, as a testimonial of honest and faithful service is hereby honorably discharged from the military service of the United States by reason of expiration of term of service authorized by War Department Certificate #1061213118.

Said William S. Morgan was born in Willow Springs, in the State of Missouri. When enlisted he was 18 years of age and by occupation an iron moulder. He had blue eyes, brown hair, fair complexion, and was 5 feet 8.5 inches in height.

Given under my hand at Camp Gordon, Georgia this 4th day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
