On May 2nd, Josiah Robertson, a soldier from Lee County, drew lot #302 in section 1, district 6 (Stafford's), Wayne County. Nearby, one Williby Mincy (sic!) drew another lot in Stafford's district. He is probably the same as Willoughby Minshew who was a pioneer settler of Volusia County, Florida. There were several other Robertsons in Lee County who drew lots: Charles (Morgan Co), George W. (Walton Co), Jeremiah (Clarke Co), John (Franklin Co), Joseph T. (Monroe Co), Lemuel B. (Clarke Co), Richard (Henry Co), Stasee (widow of a Revolutionary War Soldier, Newton Co), Theodo (widow, Wilkes Co), and William C. (Monroe Co).
