Welcome to the family website! This is a work in progress and is always being updated. This is not an effort all my own, but a compilation of many. Your help and support is encouraged. The Carothers and Rainey families researched back to the late 1700s resided in Alabama, Oklahoma, and in Arkansas communities known as Carden Bottoms, Jessieville, Casa, Rose Creek and Petit Jean Mountain. Other family surnames from this family line include Archer, Bradshaw, Dodson, Gallion, Harmon, Hess, Neal, Raney, and Whitfield. The Vaught and Dixon families dating back to the early 1800s came from Pennsylvania and Kentucky, and lived in areas of Iowa, Indiana, and Illinois. Other family surnames include Brady, Cooper, Houser, Jarvis, Meyers, Newby, Whitehead, and Yates. The Roth and Pingio families came from Russia and Italy and immigrated to America in the late 1800s. This family line also includes the surname Celando. The McDonnell's, and the Durliat's, came from France, Germany, and Canada and immigrated to America around the early 1800s. Much of the family lived in areas of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Utah, and Oregon. Other surnames include Philo and Trendall.
