Last Will and Testament
Exemplification
I, JOHN W. DONALDSON of Sharpsburg, County of Allegheny and State of 
Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish 
and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form 
following, hereby revoking  any will or wills heretofore made by me.

First.  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully 
paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease.

Second, All the rest and residue of my personal estate, whatsoever 
and wheresoever, of what nature, kind, and quality soever the same 
may be, and not hereinbefore given and disposed of, (after paying my 
debts, legacies, and funeral expenses,) I give and bequeath unto my 
said wife, Mrs. EMMA DONALDSON.

I do hereby make, constitute and appoint MRS. EMMA DONALDSON, by beloved 
wife, to be executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I JOHN W. DONALDSON, the Testator above named, 
have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 6th day of 
January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

DONALDSON as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of 
us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses 
thereunto, in the presence of said testator , and of each other.

					BE IT KNOWN, That on the 11th 
day of June A. D. 1935 before me, JOSEPH N. MACKRELL, Register of Wills, 
etc., in and for the County aforesaid, came Mrs. Mazie Bauer and Mr 
Andrew J Bauer the subscribing witnesses for the foregoing instrument of 
writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of J. W. Donaldson 
deceased, and on their solemn oath did depose and say that they were 
present and did see and hear J W Donaldson the testator therein named, 
sign, publish and declare the same as and for his last Will and testament, 
and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind and memory, to the best 
of their knowledge and belief, and at his request and in his presence 
they subscribed their names as witnesses hereunto

NOW, June 12th A. D. 19__, the testimony of the above named witnesses 
being sufficient, I do hereby admit the foregoing will to Probate, and 
order the same to be recorded as such.
	Given under my hand the above date.

____ For Probate of Will of J. W. Donaldson late of Sharpsburg, Pa., 
deceased, and Grant of Letters Testamentary.

Before the Register of Allegheny County personally appeared Emma 
Donaldson who, being duly sworn, says that she is over twenty-one years 
of age and that she is, the  Executrix appointed in the last will and 
testament of J. W. Donaldson, deceased, dated January 6, 1930.  The said 
testator, being at the time a resident of Sharpsburg, Allegheny County, 
and a citizen of Pennsylvania died at Sharpsburg, Pa. on May 16, A. D. 
1930, at 12:30 P.M., possessed of personal estate to the value of 
$1000.00 and of real estate (less encumbrances) to the value of $none, 
as nearly as can be ascertained,  ___ in.

The said testator has not married and no  children have been born to 
said testator since the execution of the Will offered for probate.

The deponent resides at 229 - 17th St., Sharpsburg, Pa. is a resident 
of Pennsylvania, and respectfully petitions the Register to admit said 
will to probate, and to grant letters testamentary thereupon to Emma 
Donaldson.

I, Emma Donaldson, do swear that, as I verily believe, the above-named 
J. W. Donaldson died on the 16th day of May, A. D. 1930, at 12:30 P. M., 
and I do further ___ that, as executor of the last will and testament of 
the said decedent, I will well and truly administer the goods and 
chattels, rights and credits of said decedent, according to law, and also
will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the 
provisions of the law relating to inheritance tax.

Register of Wills, etc., in and for said county do hereby certify the 
foregoing to be a full and perfect copy of the original last Will and 
testament, and Probate in the estate of J. W. Donaldson deceased, as the 
same remains on file, and is of record in my office at Pittsburgh, in 
Will Book Volume, 225 Page 555.

Witness my hand and seal of said office, this 13th day of June A. D. 1935.
