I, JOHN W. DONALDSON of Sharpsburg, County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me. First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease. Second, All the rest and residue of my personal estate, whatsoever and wheresoever, of what nature, kind, and quality soever the same may be, and not hereinbefore given and disposed of, (after paying my debts, legacies, and funeral expenses,) I give and bequeath unto my said wife, Mrs. EMMA DONALDSON. I do hereby make, constitute and appoint MRS. EMMA DONALDSON, by beloved wife, to be executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I JOHN W. W. Before the Register of Allegheny County personally appeared Emma Donaldson who, being duly sworn, says that she is over twenty-one years of age and that she is, the Executrix appointed in the last will and testament of J. W. Donaldson, deceased, dated January 6, 1930. The said testator, being at the time a resident of Sharpsburg, Allegheny County, and a citizen of Pennsylvania died at Sharpsburg, Pa. on May 16, A. D. 1930, at 12:30 P.M., possessed of personal estate to the value of $1000.00 and of real estate (less encumbrances) to the value of $none, as nearly as can be ascertained, ___ in. The said testator has not married and no children have been born to said testator since the execution of the Will offered for probate. The deponent resides at 229 - 17th St., Sharpsburg, Pa. is a resident of Pennsylvania, and respectfully petitions the Register to admit said will to probate, and to grant letters testamentary thereupon to Emma Donaldson. Donaldson died on the 16th day of May, A. D. 1930, at 12:30 P. M., and I do further ___ that, as executor of the last will and testament of the said decedent, I will well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of said decedent, according to law, and also will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to inheritance tax.
