Thornberry, Mary Janette White
Mary Janette White Thornberry, age 62, of Malvern, passed away Thursday,
February 20, 2014. She was born February 7, 1951, in Benton, Arkansas. Mrs.
Thornberry was a member of Glen Rose Assembly of God and worked for Avaya.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Lee and Nannie Maude White.
She is survived by her husband, J. T. Thornberry Jr.; son, Michael Lee
Thornberry; daughter, Sherri Roth (Joseph); two brothers, William Carroll
Hall and Kenneth Lee White; sister, Anita Faye Hancock; granddaughter, Addison
Mae Lipa; two step-grandsons, Zachery Scott Roth and Nicholas James Roth
and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jason Keisler, Zach
White, Tracy Pettus, Blake Hall, Austin Cook, Bubba Cook, Sebastian Romero
and Cory Hodge.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February
23 at Ashby Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday,
February 24 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Mt. Harmony Cemetery.

Turbyfill, Calvin Dewey
Bro. Calvin D. Turbyfill, age 56, of Benton, passed away Wednesday September
24, 2008, in Little Rock. He was born December 24, 1951, in Little Rock,
Arkansas, to Xuryvan and Billie Jean Turbyfill. Bro. Turbyfill was the preacher
at Paron Church of Christ and worked with his sons at Turbyfill's Outdoor
Sports. He was preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his
wife of 38 years, Debbie Turbyfill; three sons, David Turbyfill, Bart Turbyfill
and wife Kendra, Daniel Turbyfill and wife Kristie; father, Xuryvan Turbyfill;
two brothers, Van Turbyfill and wife Ann and Mark Turbyfill and six grandchildren,
Lynsey, Landon, Tyler, Alex, Kinley and Cade all of Benton.
Visitation
will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday September 26 at Ashby Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday September 27 at Ashby Funeral
Home with burial at New Rosemont Cemetery. Bro. Alvis Fisher and Bro. Dennis
Gage.
Memorials may be made to the Paron Church of Christ.

Comments: He was a loving husband and father. His six grandchildren were
the apple of his eyes and he had to know there every move up until the end.
He fought a good fight and went to his reward the same way he lived with
