Pat Watson - My Story

Pastel Roses

My Story

I was raised at St. Joseph's Orphanage in Halifax, Nova Scotia from 1946-1953
In 1953-1957 I went to the Convent of the Good Shepherd in Halifax Nova Scotia St. Euphrasia's Class
I  am the  mother of five grown children, ages 36-44 years,  and a grandma of five, Kelsey, Conor, Ty, & Leahann.  Our newest Angel Adamo.

Since first learning my Grandmother's name I have
developed a very strong desire to find out who I am :-)

Though I now live in beautiful British Columbia, my heart pines for my Nova Scotia home. Hopefully one day we can retire there by the sea. I can smell it still, the sea...that smell never leaves you, no matter where you live or wander.

I want to walk where my ancestors walked - and see where they now lie.

I play a little guitar and sing (Nova Scotia roots!) and I also write gospel music. I make large clowns and other crafts. Reading (when time permits) is a wonderful alone time.

Of course my PC is a very good friend too, because it opens up the world to me. I talk to so many wonderful, friendly people who could also be one of the links to my past and that's what this genealogy is all about.

KettlePlease draw up a chair, sit awhile, have a cup of teaCupand enjoy -
see if any memories pop up or you find a family connection!
So happy to have you... :-) Pat
