Welcome to the St. John's Anglican Church
records site! There has been an increased interest in the access to these
records so I have posted them to this site to assist family researchers in their work.
Please remember the following transcribed records are
subject to human error as the microfilms are faded and difficult to
read in places. Therefore, please use these records only as a
guide. You may also review the actual microfilm records
in Halifax, NS at
It is also important to note the Rectors of the
church usually recorded the baptism dates and the burial dates when
completing entries into the register, often neglecting birthdates and death
dates of individuals.
