there were two graves, as follows:
1. Wiley Williamson (a cherry tree marks his
grave; he was Mrs. Broom's
great grandfather)

on the north by Henry Quin Jr and on the west by Wilson Cooper
"being the
same land entered by James Bridges former husband of the said
Nancy and in
which she has an estate for life and to which the said John C may
have
acquired some right by reason of a late marriage with the said
Nancy, also
the following negro slaves for life, to wit, Charles, Nan, Bob
and (blank),
their increase, also the stock of cattle, two horses, a stage and
a read
wagon, household and kitchen furniture, farming utensils now in
possession
of the parties of the first part (the Williamsons) and $640.00
now in
possession of the party of the second part (Peter Quin)... on
these special
conditions and the party of the second part doth hereby covenant
and agree
with the parties of the first part that said Nancy shall...retain
the
possession and use of all the property...and the annual profits
arising from
the land, labor of the negroes, increase of the stock and c...
and that said
Nancy shall have full power and authority to make any disposition
that she
may think proper of all and every portion of said estate and
property that
she would have been entitled to dispose of had these presents
never been
executed...and on the event of the death of the said John C.
before her the
said Nancy the party of the second part (Peter Quin) promises to
convey all
the property herein described to the said Nancy and her
