RECORDS, 1704-1724 PAVEY, Webley p.19 Webley Pavey, being Presented by the Grand Jury for being generally Suspected to live in Adultery with Sarah Yeats, It is therefore Ordered that the said Webley PAVEY enter into bond with good and sufficient Security in the Sume of L 50. Sterl for his dismissing the said Sarah Yeats from her dweling and Cohabitation with him in his house as alsoe for his restraining himself from reporting to or frequenting her company, and that the Sheriff take him into Custody and him safely keep untill he shall give such bond with Security as above said.
